I want a Little

I want a little peace and quiet

I want a little puppy to pet

I want to wake up in the morn

With the smile of a baby, just born

I want to wake up next to Him

And only stare at his sight

Just wait till he opens his eyes

In my arms and under the light blue skies

I want those little silences,

I want to hear that lull

I want only Him by my side

And in his arms, I want to fall

In our little space we make our world

Full of peace, quiet and a lot of love

Where best friends can talk, And lovers can kiss

Where the energy dwells with eternal bliss

We are all that we will ever need

Just a little sleep, just a little quiet

And nothing but, on love to feed

Yes we also want the casual rendezvous

With our space buzzing with laughter

Where the family and friends can gather

To enjoy their weekly gossips, and exciting chatter

We know, with all those people in that pond

We both stand alone together, and share our bond,

We may be far away in that little room

All we need is a little stare, soon to bloom

All we need is a little time to say we are blessed

Lucky to be alone together, in that crowded fest

When will this little wish, be our lives that we want,

I want a little world of ours; I want a little love to flaunt!

You made me shine

For every hurtful tear I shed,
For every moment I have been alone,
For every time I longed to love,
For all tough words that were thrown,
Never did I ever feel,
That the man above will ever heal,
All that pain, All that sorrow,
With one soul for me to borrow,
That soul has touched me inside,
Has shown me the world in a different light,
Now all is good, it all is mine,
This is how you made me shine…

A Smile from you and I

Live each day as it’s your last,

Love someone as they are the one,

Smile each day and tell your past,

You din’t like me, but hey it was fun!!!!!

Life is funny but I don’t get the joke,

But we rather smile than take a stroll,

Life may not show us, what we want see,

But it sure is fun, as it’s meant to be….

Actions speak louder than words,

No doubt they say I can’t keep shut,

My words and my smile may say the opposite,

But only to show that courage is a pre requisite.

The past may hound you, present might crumble you,

The future may be a mystical mirage,

But remember what makes us, god’s best creation,

Is our power of mind and endless imagination!!!!

Yes it’s a tough life, but it’s still yours

Weep or smile the choice is still yours

Think of it as an exciting roller coaster ride

You can clinch and pray, but you can never hide!!!

Chillout folks!!!! Worries are just for a while,

Live, love, win and walk that extra mile.

Life called me up to say, that, days will fly by,

What is eternal is a smile from you and I……….!!!!!!!!!!!

A Salute to our Unsung Heroes

This heart is filled with pride
To see our brave-hearts stride
They fought and fought to their last breath

But never ever showed the pain they felt

They did not wear a metal armor
But wore their impermeable sheet of valor
The bullet killed the body of muscle and bone
What lives, is the soul of courage, which is their own

Not only does it hurt to see our brave hearts clash
But also to witness their bodies wither to ash
They selflessly take a bullet, only for us
And silently leave heavenward, without a fuss

So many parents, so many children & wives
Wept for the only love in their lives
The country, the people shall always remember
The bravery and sacrifice of our immortal warrior

We all bow down for their act of courage
And take a moment to pay our heartfelt homage
This not only a goodbye of tears and woes
But also our salute to our unsung heroes

Dedicated to
ATS Chief Mr. Hemant Karkare
ACP Mr. Ashok Kamte
Sr. Inspector Mr.Vijay Salaskar
NSG Commando Sandeep Unnikrishnan
Havaldar Gajendra Singh
And many more martyrs
May their souls rest in peace and may God give courage to the families at this time of grief.

And it’s called Fame

The lights dazzling on my face

The cheering noise deafening my ears

Friends and foes chanting my name

That’s my life, and it’s called fame

But when u look from my side,

There is so much that I lack

The lights, no matter how bright

All I see from here is black

The noise and chants so powerful

Rush my blood to my vein

But there is a price that I pay

I pay the price of a solemn pain

As, in that world I have no friend

No one to pull me up when I’m down

But they are strangers in disguise

Waiting every minute to make me frown

Yet the thrill is worth the fake smile

As it makes a few forget their woe

I dance to walk that extra mile

To dig a friend in an eternal foe

When I say I love you

There may be times I don’t call
There may be times I might hide
But there has never been a time
I have never felt you by my side

For you are always on my mind
whether I show it or not
I may not express,
Or know what you want

I do say I love you
whether night or day
just cause you dint hear
doesn’t mean I dint say...

Fire Burning Inside

Times when others cry,
I feel a fire burning inside.
It’s the feeling of proving them wrong,
It says I am more, much more than strong.

No matter the odds against me
It’s the fire that sets my mind free
It’s a feeling that won’t let me down
It’s a feeling that says I will carry on

No matter how bad, failure will die
But that fire burning will quietly lie
Life shows us what we want to see
Is what the feeling keeps telling me

As I hear closely, whose voice is it?
I unleash my qualms that hide
I discovered that voice is mine
Indeed Its ME; I was the fire burning inside.
