The lights dazzling on my face
The cheering noise deafening my ears
Friends and foes chanting my name
That’s my life, and it’s called fame
But when u look from my side,
There is so much that I lack
The lights, no matter how bright
All I see from here is black
The noise and chants so powerful
Rush my blood to my vein
But there is a price that I pay
I pay the price of a solemn pain
As, in that world I have no friend
No one to pull me up when I’m down
But they are strangers in disguise
Waiting every minute to make me frown
Yet the thrill is worth the fake smile
As it makes a few forget their woe
I dance to walk that extra mile
To dig a friend in an eternal foe
